The strategic planning process was designed to include the wisdom and imagination of denominational officers, pastors, congregational leaders, and the general membership of NBCA. This inclusive approach to discerning God’s will for the denomination and cultivating a collective vision for the future included the convention members getting an opportunity to share their input.
Encourage the exchange of growth ideas and principles that help to create ministry that is Relevant, Enthusiastic, Authentic and Livable (REAL). It also allows ministry leaders and workers to work together for better ideas, more effective programming and most of all intentional results that fit the specific design and purpose of your ministry.
