146TH ANNUAL SESSION NBCA is excited to announce that our 146th Annual Session will be held September 14-17, 2026 at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport, located at 5711 West Century Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA. During this important week, NBCA auxiliaries, boards, and commissions will convene for their respective meetings and all officers and members are strongly encouraged to be present.Hotel rooms are limited, and reservations are expected to fill quickly. EVANGELISM & AUXILIARIES OUTREACH On Monday at 4:00 pm, there will be an Evangelism & Auxiliaries Outreach. The Auxiliaries Outreach extends NBCA’s impact into the communities that welcome us. Through gift cards generously provided by auxiliary members and others, NBCA auxiliaries are able to partner with local nonprofit organizations, meet real community needs, and provide meaningful resources. SHUTTLE & PARKING INFORMATION Complimentary LAX Hotel Shuttle Info: Shuttle stops for hotels are located on the Upper/Departures Level of LAX terminals identified by RED curbside pylons. Hilton LAX Shuttle runs 24 hours per day, every 20 minutes to all terminals automatically so no reservations are needed. To return to LAX, wait at the Hilton LAX front drive and shuttles arrive automatically every 20 minutes. Allow 20 minutes to arrive to LAX due to heavy traffic conditions.
Parking Information: Discounted parking rates are available for guest rooms booked within the block. Parking discounts are not available to guest rooms booked outside of the hotel block. Oversized vehicle parking cannot be accommodated – only standard cars or SUV’s. There is a height restriction of 5’11” in the underground self parking facility. Vehicles taller than 5’11” will have to park with valet at the higher rate per day. PRESIDENT’S GOLF TOURNAMENT On Monday morning there will be a golf tournament.
