TRANSPORTATION
To help ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience, all members who need airport transportation for Congress must sign up in advance by Wednesday, June 24, 2026. There is a courtesy gratuity of $10.00 per person, each way. Transportation cannot be guaranteed for those who do not reserve by the deadline, and we kindly ask that members do not wait until arriving at the airport to request pickup. Advance registration allows the transportation team to properly plan drivers so they can serve everyone as efficiently as possible.
