This hybrid meeting will be a combination of in-person and virtual options for members to attend. This Special May Board Meeting is open to anyone who feels healthy and safe enough to attend. Please note that everyone attending in person will be subject to the CDC guidelines, including wearing of masks at all times and social distancing.

COVID QUESTIONNAIRE
To help ensure the safety of everyone attending in person, we will be following local health department recommendations and requiring that everyone be questioned for COVID-19 symptoms and risk factors before entering the sessions. Please download a copy of the form and have completed prior to Monday’s session. TRANSPORTATION
This year because of COVID-19, we asked Rev. Mays and Mt. Sinai not to provide transportation. In selecting a hotel, we selected the Crown Plaza that is less than 2 miles and the hotel does have a shuttle that can take people to the church. Please check with the front desk to understand their shuttle process
